Service closures
At times your child’s early childhood education and care service may need to close for a number of different reasons such as a positive case of COVID-19, an outbreak of gastroenteritis, bushfire or floodings.
You can check temporary service closure information via ACECQA’s mapping tool (notification of service closures may be delayed which can affect the accuracy of this information) or if you have school-age children you can download the NSW School Updates app to receive operational status updates for NSW public schools.
