Principal Leadership Learning
The Principal Leadership Learning (PLL) Program aims to provide educational leaders with the skills to strengthen their leadership and have a greater impact on student and teacher learning.
About Principal Leadership Learning
The Principal Leadership Learning program is a learning opportunity to support the growth of every NSW public school principal.
Global leadership and education experts will connect principals with the latest evidence-informed theory and practice through keynote addresses and facilitated group discussion.
Program structure
There are 3 elements to the 2023 program.
The Insights Series for Principals Keynote Editions - 4 keynote presentations throughout the year featuring eminent voices from the world of education and leadership. The speakers will cover key themes aimed at motivating and inspiring the growth of school leaders while connecting them to the latest evidence-informed theory.
The Insights Series for Principals Immersion Editions – 2 extended series featuring webinars and discussions that will provide a deep insight into themes and an opportunity to apply thinking and learning to leaders’ school context. Attendance at all sessions will be required.
Leadership Conversations: From the Field - thought leader Matt Church facilitates principals as a community of leaders in a series of 90-minute conversations that combine a mix of frameworks for leaders to explore ways of thinking, working and being, drawing on problems of practice from the field.
